Miro Apartments

The Miro Apartments project in Mt Eden, Auckland, is a 3,000m² mixed-use development comprising 95 residential units, a basement car park, and three ground-floor retail spaces, including a café. The apartments are available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.

The building's structural system is concrete, with high-performance specialist finishes such as Stria weatherboards and cedar cladding. A central garden atrium, enhanced by a glazed roof, provides communal space for occupants.

Kensway deliverd comprehensive project management services from initiation through to completion. This included overseeing design development, managing the tender process, and coordinating the construction phase to ensure delivery aligned with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
