Bupa Ashford Retirement Village

The Ashford Village site in Prebbleton, just outside of Christchurch is a total area of 4.8HA. This village includes 99 two and three bedroom villas, combined Community Centre, 56-Bed Care Home, 16 Serviced Apartments, Men's and Maintenance Sheds along with associated car parking, civil infrastructure and landscape features.

Kensway led a team of design consultants, working together with the client and neighbouring groups to ensure a successful Resource Consent process and feasibility programme. Our involvement also included the Project Management and Quantity Surveying on construction including project close out and as built documentation. In 2024 Kensway completed Stage 5 of Ashford which included 15 new residential houses.
